Developing a strong body with regular exercise and good nutrition is of vital importance. Hello, my name is Bret Kliethermes, and I have been a Fitness Professional in the St. Louis area since 2005, helping individuals enhance their health, performance, and overall well-being through the power of exercise and nutrition.

I reside in O’Fallon, Missouri with my wife, Becky, and our four children—Madeline, Olivia, Jacob, and Scarlet.

With the support of a strong network of health and wellness professionals, I am dedicated to improving the health and fitness of the greater St. Louis community, one person at a time.

Madison Wilson
Personal Trainer

Madison Wilson is a Certified Personal Trainer at Strong Human Fitness with a passion for helping clients build strength, confidence, and lasting healthy habits. She earned her degree in Exercise Science from Lindenwood University, where she developed a strong foundation in human movement, physiology, and wellness. During her time at Lindenwood, Madison completed her internship at Strong Human Fitness—and she has been a dedicated member of the team ever since.

Madison’s approach to training combines evidence-based fitness programming with her interests in holistic health practices and nutrition, ensuring her clients achieve results that support both body and mind.

Outside of the gym, Madison enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and caring for her pets: Maverick (a loyal German Shepherd), Remi (a playful Golden Retriever), and her two cats, Luna and Nova.

With her knowledge, dedication, and caring personality, Madison is committed to guiding clients toward becoming the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves.

Randy Stone
Personal Trainer

Randy Stone has been a dedicated personal trainer in the St. Louis area since 1988 helping countless clients achieve a wide range of health and fitness goals. With a strong background in strength training, Randy was deeply involved in the St. Louis powerlifting and bodybuilding community, earning 3 national titles during his competitive career.

Beyond his accomplishments in the gym, Randy values family above all. He and his wife, Beth, are proud parents of two sons who both served in the U.S. Navy. When he’s not training clients, Randy enjoys following sports, going for walks, and spending time with his kids and grandkids. His passion for fitness, combined with his decades of experience and genuine care for others, makes him a trusted mentor and coach for anyone looking to improve their health and strength.
