The process starts with an initial consultation where the focus is to clearly determine your goals, motivation, commitment, history and any potential barriers.
Then a clear and reasonable plan of action is laid out which will include the following:
- Goal setting and appropriate timelines (usually an initial 12 weeks is recommended)
- Physical evaluation
- Workout schedule of supervised and unsupervised workouts sessions (supervised workout sessions consist of semi-private or private training)
- Nutritional guidelines
- Accountability & Support system
